“Meet The Teacher” day went really well! I say “Meet The Teacher” day went really well! I say this each and every year that Heaven really does pick my girls’ teachers… well because even though there’s no “special requests” or behavioral challenges for my kids or anything like that. They do however like things a certain way (😄) for example:

Bella thrives on studying in utmost silence… 🤐 and struggles with any kind of “bossy” personalities. Her teacher today seems to be so very sweet!

Emma needs a little patience when it comes to reading and exams… her teacher is very patient and loving (Bella had her before)

And there’s other things my kids ‘deem’ important, so if it’s important to them it’s important to me 🤍

What is something important to your kids at school?

Funny story about Bella: she doesn’t like when other students don’t listen to the teacher or follow instructions.. so she’ll come tell me about it so I can say something to the kid 😂😂😂😂 School for her means business man!! LOL (I love it!)

She did amazing during her labs!! It took SOOOOO MUCH convincing to her on that chair! But she did great!! So proud of her!

I told her she will keep having firsts in life and those experiences will help her help others as they have their firsts too. Like her sisters, one day they will be terrified of something and because she has gone through it she can empathize, encourage and educate on the matter at had.

Now we wait for results but in the meantime we are staying away from acidic snacks like lime chips, chamoy and hot Cheetos…

4 years ago today we were spending our summer in I 4 years ago today we were spending our summer in Idaho with friends.. we were on our way to a camp out and I had posted a YouTube video of a Mexican jello (that I had made for the camp out) I started a YouTube account a few months before because I really enjoy making videos… I was in a very happy place… that night 7/18/2020 Jordan and I were sitting outside by the fire and I reminded him of my ultimate dream… to have a family picture. A family picture of my family, that has always been a dream of mine.

We drove home the next day (to our friends house still in Idaho) when we got there I had reception again and I found that I was called multiple times by family members I had not heard from in awhile.. I thought that was strange and because we got home super tired I decided to call them back after I showered.

I came out of the shower and my aunt told me “Your dad is very sick, and he looks in really bad shape” my mind went blank.

About 10 minutes after that call my cousin called me “Cousin, your dad has passed away”

I turned around and told Jordan “not only does he leave me once but twice…? Twice???”

Till this day I have no idea why I cry over a man that didn’t love me. That didn’t guide me throughout my life….

To this day it has been extremely difficult to call God “Heavenly Father” that word triggers me so much…

To this day I feel he left me too…

To this day I wonder many many things and for the past 2 years I have been trying really hard to forgive my dad for a lot.

The child in me has so much hurt and pain and it has been tough.

Every July since 2020 these days have been sooooo hard!
